Heat Sink Aluminum Channel Features:
This is our heatsink extrusion. You can use these to dissipate heat from your strip lights, perfect for protecting them from the elements. Because of their width, they pair well with our outdoor strip lights, fitting all of our strip light sizes. Also, you can easily cut them on-site for easy installation.
When installing, see the specification sheet for installation instructions. You can easily surface-mount these using screws.
Our Heat Sink Channel has four pieces:
- First, the aluminum enclosure houses the adhesive-backed LED strips. And the plastic cover snaps onto this piece.
- Second, the mounting track can be screwed onto a surface. It also slides or snaps onto the extrusion containing the LED strips.
- Third, the plastic frosted cover diffuses the light from the LED strips to create a uniform distribution of light. (Sold separately)
- Fourth, the endcaps can be purchased separately
